Cats are Welcome at Columbia Grove! A maximum of two cats permitted per apartment $30.00 per month per pet + $300 non-refundable pet fee per apartment
Parking at Columbia Grove Parking at Columbia grove is free. A parking permit is required to park on the property at all times. Other restrictions do apply, please review the lease agreement for further details.

to School Community Picnic:
All Residents
are encouraged to come out for food, music and kids
activities.
Quarterly Resident
Meetings:
Residents,
property management staff and the resident services coordinator
meet to discuss community events, issues and
concerns.
Classes:
ESL classes
are offered to residents who feel they need to improve their
English proficiency. Financial tutoring classes are also
available for those interested.
Back
Pack and School Supply Drive:
As part of
the annual picnic, Columbia Grove distributes back packs filled
with school supplies to children who live at the
property.

Lab:
The Community
Room has a computer lab which offers residents free access to
computers with internet, printers and fax
machines.
Lending Library Coming Soon!A selection of children’s books will be
available for residents to borrow, as well as weekend story
time.
